1. Purpose of the Policy
1.1. The purpose of this Policy is to set out the data protection and data management principles and rules applied by Jade Group Kft. (hereinafter: Service Provider), as well as the Service Provider’s data protection and data management policy.
1.2. The Service Provider, in the course of operating the website https://www.jadeclean.hu/ (hereinafter: Website), processes the data of persons placing orders for services on the Website (hereinafter collectively: Users).
1.3. Both natural persons and legal entities may order services on the Website. A consumer is defined in Section 2(a) of Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection (hereinafter: Fgytv.). Company data is considered public in the public interest; however, during the ordering process, the ordering company may also provide personal data. Therefore, the Service Provider shall in all cases comply with the statutory requirements relating to the processing of personal data.
1.4. In drafting and applying this Policy, the Service Provider acts in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (hereinafter: Infotv.), Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services (Ekertv.), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter: GDPR).
1.5. In case of changes to the services provided by the Service Provider or to the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC), the Service Provider may notify Customers of such changes electronically, by email. Such notifications are not used for marketing purposes.

3. Data Processing Activities on the Website
3.1. Placing an order
Purpose of processing: contacting the User via confirmation email
Data processed: name / company name, email address, phone number, address, other data provided by the User
Legal basis: User’s consent, performance of contract
Duration: until deletion from the time of order placement/contact
Storage method: electronic
Users may provide additional personal data in the "Message" field of the order form. In such cases, consent also covers these data, which are processed solely for the purpose of contact.
Consent is given by submitting the contact/order form and may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
The Service Provider informs the User, in accordance with Article 13 GDPR, that providing the data listed above is a prerequisite for entering into a contract via the Website.
3.2. Fulfilment of order
Purpose: smooth execution of the service, pre-contractual identification, contract conclusion, contractual communication
Data processed: name / company name, email address, phone number, address, other data provided in the message box

Purpose: issuing an invoice (including electronic invoices)

3.4. Retention of invoices
Purpose: retention of invoices (including electronic invoices)
Data processed: name / company name, email address, phone number, address, tax number / tax ID, other data provided in the message box
Legal basis: mandatory data processing under law (Section 169(1) of Act C of 2000 on Accounting)
Duration: 8 years from issue of the electronic invoice

4. How the Service Provider Handles Data
Personal data provided are not verified by the Service Provider. The accuracy of the data is the sole responsibility of the person providing them. Users providing an email address are responsible for ensuring that they are the only ones using services from that email account. Any responsibility related to logins from a given email address lies with the User who registered it. In case of doubt, the Service Provider may verify the User’s relationship to a business entity through the company’s official, publicly available email address listed in the Company Register.
5. Who Can Access the Data?
5.1. Data may primarily be accessed by the Service Provider and its internal staff.
5.2. The Data Controller uses the following processors:
Accounting firm: DS Pro Kft. Data processed: billing data provided by the User (name, address, tax number, email, phone number as required). Contact: konyveles@dstax.hu
Hosting provider: https://www.hawkhost.com/. Service: providing the technical background for the operation of the Website. Data processed: personal data entered by Users and stored in the website database.
5.3. The Website is linked to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). If the User “likes” our page or “follows” us, we may access all publicly available personal data associated with their profile. Data processing on these platforms is governed by the respective providers’ privacy policies.
6. User Rights
6.1. Users may request free information on the processing of their personal data, and in certain cases may request rectification, deletion, restriction, or object to processing.
6.2. Right of access: the User may obtain confirmation and access to their personal data and details of processing.
6.3. Right to rectification: the Service Provider shall rectify inaccurate personal data without undue delay and complete incomplete personal data on request.
6.4. Right to erasure: the User may request deletion of personal data if no longer needed, if consent is withdrawn, or if processing is unlawful.
6.5. Right to be forgotten: upon request, the Service Provider will attempt to inform any other data controllers to whom the User’s data may have been disclosed.
6.6. Right to restriction: the User may request restriction of processing in cases such as contested accuracy or unlawful processing.
6.7. Right to data portability: the User may receive their data in a structured, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller.
6.8. The Service Provider shall respond to requests without undue delay, but no later than 30 days (15 days in case of objections). If the request is refused, the reasons will be communicated in writing.
6.9. Users may enforce their rights before a court under Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, and/or file a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c.; https://www.naih.hu/panaszuegyintezes-rendje.html).
7. Cookies
7.1. During visits to the Website, with the User’s acknowledgment, one or more cookies (small files containing character strings) are sent to the User’s device. These cookies are provided by Google and used via the Google Analytics system.
7.2. These cookies are only sent when specific subpages are visited and record the fact, location, and time of visit.
7.3. Cookies used by Google Analytics are subject to Google’s privacy policy.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1. The Service Provider may collect data on User activity that cannot be linked to order-related data or other website/service data.
8.2. After using the service, the Service Provider may display the User’s name as a reference on the Website.
8.3. If the Service Provider intends to use personal data for purposes other than those originally collected, it will inform the User in advance and obtain their explicit consent.
8.4. The Service Provider ensures data security and takes technical measures to protect data against destruction, unauthorized use, or alteration.
8.5. The Service Provider keeps records of its data processing activities.
8.6. A data breach is any incident leading to accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to personal data. The Service Provider records such incidents along with their effects and remedial actions taken.
8.7. The Service Provider may amend this Policy at any time unilaterally. Users will be informed of modifications via the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy.
